At Baby Belly, your satisfaction and comfort are our top
priorities. We will make every effort to provide you with a
caliber of treatment and personal service that is unparalleled.

The following are some guidelines that we hope will help
enhance your visit with us.
When you arrive at Baby Belly for Spa Services, you will be given a locker key, a luxurious robe, and a pair of slippers for your use while visiting the Spa. If you are
experiencing a treatment for the first time, feel free to ask the receptionist how you should be dressed for the treatment. Again, we want to make sure that you are
comfortable, so please let us know if you have questions.
When to arrive and when to leave?
Please allow enough time before and after your treatment to change clothes and enjoy any of our amenities. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to
your treatment so that we can get you checked in and familiar with Baby Belly. In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your treatment time if
you are late for your appointment. The normal fee for treatment will remain the same.
You don't have to entertain your therapist
In the Spa, silence can be golden and provide a relaxing and meditative atmosphere. If you feel like chatting, we'll chat. But if you want to escape in silence, we
wholeheartedly support you!
Quiet, please
We want Baby Belly to be a sanctuary for the body, the mind, and the eardrums! Please turn off the ringers on cell phones and pagers, and speak softly when in our
Spa.
Gratuities
Your Spa treatment fee does not include gratuities. If you liked your treatment, it is customary to tip your therapist(s). Our Receptionist can provide guidelines, if you
like.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. "No shows" will be charged for the treatment scheduled. A debit/credit card
number will be required to hold all appointments, however, you are welcome to pay however you wish upon arrival for your services.
Product Returns or Exchanges
We will gladly accept any retail product return for store credit so long as the return is within 90 days of purchase and is accompanied by proof of purchase.
Children
To maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children into our Spa facilities unless they are receiving a Mother/Daughter Spa treatment with Mom.
Children are, of course, welcome in the 3D and 4D Ultrasound Imaging Center to see their new little brother or sister for the first time.
Membership Program
Our Baby Belly Membership provides a variety of discounts on Baby Belly imaging, spa services, and products. It also includes special discounts with local vendors
and comes with a special welcoming gift. This makes an ideal gift for the Mom to Be.
Baby Belly Member Program
While the facilities and services at Baby Belly are open to all, we offer a 12 Month Membership that provides numerous rewards and discounts on the many services
and products available to pamper you when you deserve it most.
